At Brite we are committed to providing services that are accessible to our customers, including those with disabilities. We strive to ensure that everyone can access and use our services independently and with dignity.
This commitment is in line with our values and our legal obligations under the Directive (EU) 2019(882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (the “European Accessibility Act” or “EEA”) and its transposition into Swedish law, Lag (2023:254) om visa produkters och tjänsters tilllgänglighet (the “Swedish Accessibility Act”).
How our services meet accessibility requirements
Our service delivery process, including our digital platforms (parts of our website that is deemed to be part of the product, mobile applications) and physical touchpoints, is designed to comply with the accessibility requirements.
We have conducted a thorough self-assessment and engaged independent accessibility experts to review our services and website. We are continuously working to maintain and improve the accessibility of our services and website.
We primarily adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level and the harmonized European standard EN 301 549 which provides technical accessibility criteria for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) products and services.
Further, we have applied the harmonized European standard EN:17161 as applicable to a digital environment.

Our services meet accessibility by adhering to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard, ensuring compatibility with adaptive technologies such as screen readers, and making our applications navigable via keyboard.
How we have tested and ensure ongoing audit of accessibility
The accessibility of our services and website have been reviewed through both automated tests and manual testing using assistive technologies. The tests have been carried out by an external and independent advisor.
Specifically when screening our website and payment flow for compliance we used different assistive technologies like screen readers, magnification tools and voice tronk, along with automated testing using specific tools (Axe).
We will ensure ongoing audits of accessibility of our website and services by periodically engaging independent auditors for such purposes.
